GENERAL SCHEDULE

(for the academic year 2012-13)

January 1 - March 31, 2012	Application period for the 2012-13 academic year. Scholarships: Submit Scholarship Application Form
April 1, 2012	Late application period begins. Applications received after this date require a late application fee. Please note that a late application may lessen the applicant's chances of receiving a scholarship offer.
April, 2012	Academic acceptance decisions.
May - June 30, 2012	Scholarship decisions. Deposit* payments due for recipients of University-administered scholarships.
June 15, 2012	Late application period ends. Applications received after this date will not be considered.
July 30, 2012	Deadline for confirmation of participation and documentation of supplementary funding. Scholarship recipients: $1,000 deposit* Independently-funded students: Initial tuition payment of $1,000.
October 1, 2012	Independently-funded students: remaining tuition payment.
October 21 - 25, 2012	Recommended arrival in Israel.
October 26 - 27, 2012	Orientation sessions.
October 30, 2012	First semester begins.

* The deposit confirms and commits the student's participation in the program for the course of the year. It will be refunded in full following completion of studies and departure from Israel. Once the deposit is paid, withdrawal from the program entails the forfeiture of the deposit in its entirety, as well as a severance fee deducted from any tuition paid.
