Course # 71118: Bone structure and function.

The first part of the course covers the basic structure of bone at all hierarchies, describes the cells of bone and basic bone biology (modeling, remodeling, growth). The second part of the course defines basic concepts of the mechanics of solids, than uses these principles to discuss bone as a material, and architectural features of whole bones.

Course # 65793: Small animal surgery.

This course covers the basic clinical aspects (history, diagnosis, treatment and aftercare) of surgical diseases and syndromes of the skeleton, upper air ways, thoracic cavity ( Heart, large vessels and lungs), principles of veterinary dentistry and miscellaneous surgical conditions.
