The EVOS FL Auto includes led cubes for DAPI, GFP, RFP, and Far red. It has x4-x60 dry objectives and holders for slides multiwall plates and petri. Allows Z-stack, prolonged time lapse for live imaging and includes monochrome and color cameras. This instrument is used for either fixed or live cells tagged with fluorescent or chromo markers.
